EFFICIENT SYNTHESIS, ANTI-INFLAMMATORY AND ANTIBACTERIAL PROPERTIES OF 9- ARYL-6-(3-METHYLPHENYL)[1,2,4]TRIAZOLO[4,3-A]QUINOLINES

چکیده
A simple and highly efficiently method for the synthesis of 9-aryl-6- (3- methylphenyl)[1,2,4]triazolo [4,3-a]quinolines 8 by oxidation corresponding aryl aldehyde 1-[3-(3-methylphenyl)quinolin-2- yl]hydrazones 7 using iodobenzene diacetate [PhI(OAc)2] in solid state at RT under grinding conditions is described. The yields are very good purity high. structures compounds 3-8 were confirmed their spectroscopic (IR, 1H NMR MS) analytical data. have been tested antibacterial anti- inflammatory activities.
